As the UAE prepares for Eid Al Fitr, both Abu Dhabi and Dubai are set to dazzle with spectacular fireworks displays, lighting up the night skies in celebration.

Abu Dhabi will illuminate the skies with spectacular fireworks at the Corniche, Yas Bay, Al Dhafra, and Al Ain, promising an unforgettable experience for residents and visitors alike.

Meanwhile, Dubai’s iconic landmarks, such as The Beach at JBR, Bluewaters Island, and Hatta, will showcase vibrant fireworks, adding to the festive spirit. With free and ticketed events across both cities, families and friends can gather to enjoy the dazzling spectacles and celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid.  

Abu Dhabi fireworks schedule

Abu Dhabi is set to celebrate Eid Al Fitr with dazzling fireworks displays across multiple locations. Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, has announced a dazzling lineup of Eid Al Fitr fireworks displays across the emirate.

Fireworks locations and timings:

Abu Dhabi:

  • Abu Dhabi Corniche – First day of Eid, 9pm

  • Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island – Throughout Eid, 9pm

Al Ain:

  • Hazza bin Zayed Stadium – First day of Eid, 8pm

  • Al Ain Municipality – First day of Eid, 9pm

Al Dhafra:

  • Madinat Zayed Public Park – First day of Eid, 9pm

  • Ghayathi, behind Tamm Centre – First day of Eid, 9pm

  • Al Mugheirah Beach, Al Marfa – First day of Eid, 9pm

Dubai’s Eid Al Fitr fireworks

Dubai’s skies will light up with spectacular fireworks displays at several key locations. All shows are free to attend unless specified otherwise.  

Best free fireworks shows:

Nessnass Beach, Jumeirah – First day of Eid, 8pm

Hatta – First day of Eid, 8pm

The Beach, opposite JBR – Second day of Eid, 9pm

Bluewaters Island – Second day of Eid, 9pm

  • Visible from the promenade, JBR bridge, and waterfront restaurants

Jumeirah Beach (e& Beach Canteen) – First day of Eid, 8pm

  • Features Emirati treats, live entertainment, and activities  

Paid fireworks displays:

Riverland Dubai, Dubai Parks and Resorts

  • First and second days of Eid, 9:30pm

  • Includes laser shows, Dino Mania dance-offs, and family entertainment

  • Entry fee: From Dh25  

Global Village – March 28 to April 5

  • Fireworks at 10pm during Ramadan, shifting to 9pm from Eid  

  • Entry fee: Dh25 (weekdays), Dh30 (weekends & public holidays)

  • Extended operating hours until 1am during Eid
