Muslims in Dubai mark Eid Al Fitr

Muslims from across Dubai and the UAE offered prayers on Tuesday morning to mark the occassion of Eid Al Fitr.

Later in the day, families and friends gathered at spots around the UAE to celebrate the occassion.

Dubai's parks were full of life as people barbecued, picnicked and played in the sun.

Main post offices in all the emirates will be open from 9am to 1pm during Eid holidays across the country while banks will remain closed for two days for Eid Al Fitr.
