Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued the Federal Decree No. 95/2010 appointing Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan as an advisor to the President of the UAE with the rank of minister.
