Sheikh Mohammed praises Dubai employee for outstanding service

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, praised Yousef Mohammed Abdullah, an employee at the Customer Service Centre for Vehicle Inspection and Registration in Al Qusais, for his exceptional dedication and service.

In a post on his X account, Sheikh Mohammed shared insights from a recent mystery shopper report, stating: "We observed Yousef Mohammed Abdullah, a hardworking and cheerful young man who takes the initiative to assist people and eagerly facilitates their transactions. Customers flock toward him and express their gratitude for his service."

Sheikh Mohammed further wrote: "Greetings, Yousef. We are watching you and others like you — young men and women dedicated to serving people and upholding Dubai’s reputation."
