Sharjah Ruler orders grant for 8,000 cases

Grant will cover accommodation costs, and debts of Dh320m will be settled after Eid

Sharjah: A grant to resolve issues facing 8,000 cases was announced by His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The grant will encompass cases facing social and financial issues. Dr Shaikh Sultan also ordered covering accommodation costs for all aforementioned cases in Hamriyah, Central and Eastern Region. As per Dr Shaikh Sultan’s orders, 1,000 furnished homes will be built and provided for the 8,000 cases. In addition, he also issued directives to settle Dh320 million in debts accrued by the cases. The debt settlement will begin after Eid Al Fitr holidays.
