Private sector employees to be compensated for working on Friday

Abu Dhabi: Tomorrow, (Friday, February 26, 2010 or 12th of Rabi Al Awwal, 1431 Hijri) will be an official holiday to mark the birthday of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in the UAE, Saqr Ghobash, Labour Minister said in circular issued on the occasion.

All private sector employees who work on Friday, February 26 will be compensated, the circular said.
