Mohammad orders promotion of Bin Surour

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today ordered promoting Brigadier Obaid Muhair Bin Surour, Deputy Director of Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), to the rank of major general.

Major General Mohammad Ahmad Al Merri, Director of GDRFA, said that Shaikh Mohammad’s order was carried out immediately. Maj Gen Al Merri extended his heartfelt thanks to Shaikh Mohammad and the UAE’s wise leadership.
