Mohammad meets Yemen's VP Bahah

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Monday received Yemen’s Vice President Khalid Bahah and his delegation.

They discussed the current situation in Yemen in the light of the latest political and security developments resulting from the return of legitimacy to Aden and a number of other Yemeni provinces and cities.

Bahah updated Shaikh Mohammad on the developments in Yemen and the efforts being made by his government to maintain security and stability starting from Aden.

Shaikh Mohammad was also briefed on the ongoing relief operations to assist affected people as well as the programmes the government is conducting to rehabilitate health, social and educational facilities, and public services.

He reiterated the UAE’s support to Yemen and its people.
