Ministry launches free style drawing studios

Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development has launched free style drawing studios in its cultural centres across the UAE, starting with Abu Dhabi and Ajman.

The studios will include programmes and activities for all age groups, including an intensive course for beginners.

Yasser Al Gergawi, head of Cultural Events Department at the ministry, explained that the initiative follows the directives of Shaikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, to turn cultural centres into cultural hubs by organising intensive programmes.

Al Gergawi added that the drawing studios will play a significant role in attracting talent and will be an opportunity to learn more about the art of drawing.
