ERC launches health campaign in Yemen’s Tarim

Yemen: A medical team from the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) on Wednesday began making house visits at Al Sik village in Hadramout’s Tarim Directorate in Yemen to conduct vital health checks and raise awareness on disease prevention.

The visits are part of the ERC’s educational health campaign launched in the area.

Ahmad Al Niyadi, deputy head of the ERC team in Hadramout, said that the authority is keen to join forces with various local organisations in Yemen to improve living conditions and promote health awareness on disease prevention and epidemics.
