Dubai: The Dubai Ruler's Court on Wednesday offered its condolences on the death of Shaikh Saqr Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, former ruler of Ras Al Khaimah on Wednesday.

One week's official mourning has been declared in Dubai with effect from Wednesday, during which flags will be flown at half mast.
