Abu Dhabi: A video posted over social media has shown a fire breaking out in a residential area of Abu Dhabi, with large plumes of black smoke visible.

No word yet has been given on the cause of the fire or any injuries from official sources. Emergency sirens could be heard in the background making their way to the scene of the fire.
