Sultan chairs University of Sharjah board meeting

Sharjah: His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and President of University of Sharjah (UoS), yesterday (Sunday) chaired the UoS board of trustees meeting.

During the meeting, the board discussed ongoing procedures for the inauguration of the university’s branch in Al Dhaid. It also reviewed the noticeable improvement in the number of the teaching faculty, which falls in line with the university’s strategy to improve the ratio of students to faculty in order to reduce the burden of academic staff.
