Khalifa Foundation honours volunteers

Abu Dhabi: The Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Humanitarian Foundation (KBZF) honoured on Wednesday 230 people who coordinated and oversaw the healthy meals in school canteens project and initiative to support students.

Addressing the ceremony, Mohammad Haji Al Khoury, director-general of KBZF, indicated that this is the first initiative in the world to support more than 10,000 students by providing them with stationery and healthy meals at a special price, as well as an allowance.
