Dubai Islamic Bank donates Dh20m to Zakat Fund

It will be distributed to eligible applicants of Zakat Fund

Dubai: Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has donated Dh20 million to the Zakat Fund in Abu Dhabi, which will be distributed to eligible applicants.

Abdul Razzaq Al Abdullah, Head of Community Services Department at DIB, presented the cheque to Mohammad Sulaiman Al Beloushi, Director of the Department of Zakat Beneficiaries at the Zakat Fund, who expressed his thanks and gratitude for this generous donation during Ramadan.

Al Abdullah praised the role of the Zakat Fund in distributing Zakat to those in need, including underprivileged orphans and students around the country.
