Dubai: The Emirates Islamic Bank, in line with the ‘#Year of Giving initiatives, has contributed Dh300,000 to the Islamic Information Centre, a leading arm of the Dar Al Ber Society.
The gesture, for the second year in a row, is aimed at helping the Islamic Centre to promote the tolerant culture of Islam and give due care to new converts, according to a senior official. Paying tribute to the move, the centre manager, Rashid Al Junaibi, said that it would give a boost to the activities of the centre and its cultural and preaching activities and programmes.
