Design, architecture students to display their work

Senior students of the Multimedia Design and Visual Communication Programme of the School of Architecture and Design at the American University of Sharjah, will organise an exhibition of their graphic design works today.

Senior students of the Multimedia Design and Visual Communication Programme of the School of Architecture and Design at the American University of Sharjah, will organise an exhibition of their graphic design works today. Some 40 commercial designs by 14 students will be put on display at the exhibition which coincides with the AUS Career Day.

Twelve leading companies and organisations from all over the UAE, including Dubai Media City, have agreed to join the AUS to meet the senior students of the Multimedia Design and Visual Communication Programme.

During their meetings, the students will be informed about the job market requirements and the industry situation. The company representatives will also receive resumes and see what the AUS's talented students have to offer.

There are some 36 students in junior and senior years currently studying in Multimedia Design and Visual Communication Programme. The Career Day will provide an opportunity for students to interact with the leading professionals.
