Indian’s body found hanging from tree in Sharjah

Sharjah: An Asian man’s body was found hanging from a tree in Muwaileh area of Sharjah, police said on Thursday.

The body was found in the early hours of Wednesday by a passer-by.

The police said the 52-year-old Indian man reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a piece of cloth.

Officials from the Criminal Investigation Department and forensic experts inspected the scene of the incident. The body was transferred to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
