Dubai: Two doctors on Monday denied medical negligence by their Iraqi colleague in treating five-year-old Nathan D'Souza, and his sister Chelsea, 7, who died of food poisoning last year.
The Arab national doctors were produced by the 46-year-old Iraqi doctor's lawyer Mohammad Al Suwaidi as defence witnesses before the Dubai Misdemeanors Court.
Lawyer Hussain Al Bannai, defending a Nepalese cook and a Filipino supervisor of the restaurant asked the court to summon the forensic doctor, who performed an autopsy on the children after they died of food poisoning.
