Tech Mahindra is working on contracts worth over $50m

Dubai: Tech Mahindra has added 12 new clients from the region in the first quarter, out of which six are from the UAE.

“We have close to 30 clients in the region, out of which 40 per cent are from the UAE,” said G.B. Kumar, Vice-President and Geo Head — Middle East, Africa and Turkey at Tech Mahindra.

He said the order book we are carrying into the second quarter is pretty large but I cannot give you the numbers. That is going to keep us busy in this quarter.

“We are also working on contracts worth more than $50 million (Dh183.5 million) in the region. The growth is expected to come from hospitality; aviation and infrastructure build out for smart cities,” he said.
