Hamdan gives Dh500,000 to each player for Al Ahli's AFC Champions League show

Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and President of Al Ahli Club, granted Dh500,000 to each player of Al Ahli football club’s first team for reaching the finals of the AFC Champions League.

The club finished runners-up in the competition for the first time. Hamdan expressed the hope that Al Ahli and other Emirati clubs would win the AFC Champions League and other major competitions in the coming years.

He urged players to maintain their level of excellence and raise the profile of the UAE in different sport competitions abroad.
