George Bou-Khier wins members’ medal at Abu Dhabi Golf Club and chance to take on the stars

He will now compete in the Grand Final of the Luckiest Ball on Earth competition

Abi Dhabi: George Bou-Khier won the men’s 0-14 Handicap Division and also became the winner of ‘The Luckiest Ball on Earth’ competition after shooting a net 69 at in the monthly medal at Abu Dhabi Golf Club.

Bou-Khier now goes on to compete in the Grand Final of The Luckiest Ball on Earth competition on October 13 with high hopes of securing a place in the DP World Tour Championship Pro-Am.

Paul Spinks managed to capture second place with a net score of 70, while the men’s 15-28 handicap net prize was won by Shamal Karim, who shot 69. New member Zbinden Pierre shot a 72, while the lowest gross score of the day went to Alastair Crombie with a one-over-par 73.

The Ladies’ Net Division was won by Wanni Jefferson with a score of 72. She held off competition from Mi Ran Lee, who finished just two shots behind.
