Roma’s Paredes out of Lazio derby through injury

Rome: Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes will be out of action for two to three weeks because of an injury to his left ankle and will miss the capital derby against Lazio on Sunday.

The Argentine was injured during the Serie A clash against Pescara. Tests have detected an injury to his ankle, reports Efe.

The former Boca Juniors player will miss three games against rivals in the fight for the league, Lazio, Milan and Juventus, in addition to the clash against Romanian Astra Giurgiu in the Europa League. (IANS)
