Wants six months to prepare a ‘new-look’ team

Algiers: Milovan Rajevac, chief coach of the Algerian football team has said he needs time and support in order to cultivate his strategy into his team and lead the North African side to success. The Serbian coach, who took over his new job as head coach of the Greens of Algeria, further urged the media, football officials and fans to be patient and wait for six months to see a new-look national team. “I need time to put forward my style of play in the Algerian squad,” Rajevac told a press conference in Algiers on Saturday. “I also need the help and support of all actors in Algerian football arena,” he added.
