Trailing by a goal from Axiom White's Javed Iqbal, Elite fought back and restored parity through Jaffer Jr. Jaffer Hussain broke the deadlock minutes before the final whistle after receiving a diagonal pass from the right flank.
Buoyed by the presence of former Pakistan captain Tahir Zaman, Elite kept their rivals at bay and created some quick counter-moves which fetched them both the goals.
Lacnor took the third place edging out hosts Lusitanians 5-4 in the penalty strokes.

Earlier, in the semi-finals Elite brushed aside the challenge of Lacnor via penalty strokes after both teams shared two goals during regulation time.
Axiom White trounced Lusitanians in the second semi-finals with goals from Feroz, Javed, Jamil and Irfan
Javed Iqbal of Axiom White was adjudged the best player of the tournament. He received a trophy and a gift from Wild Horse Energy Drinks.
Sayed Ali of Elite, who made spectacular saves, was declared the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
Jocelyn Bothelo of Dubai Republicans was named the best defender while Dubal's Abdul Kader Jilani was picked as the best forward. Dubal were chosen as the best disciplined team.
Richard Bradley, CEO of Wild Horse Energy Drinks gave away the prizes.
