If you want to complain about a delay in salary payment, you can raise your issues with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).

'My Salary' allows UAE-based employees to register a complaint anonymously in case they have not been paid on time by their employers.

MOHRE raised awareness about the service through posts on their official social media channels on September 20, 2021.

You can access the service through www.mohre.gov.ae or on the MOHRE app.

Provide your personal details like passport number, nationality and date of birth to be able to register.

You need to then register with your mobile number and email address.

Verify your account through an OTP and an email verification link.

The Ministry official will investigate the case with the company concerned.

The Ministry assured employees that the service offered complete anonymity to the complainant, and was a service to ensure wage protection within the UAE.

The complaint is processed within five working days, according to the Ministry.
