Composers Vishal-Shekhar have dished out a wide range of peppy and entertaining tunes for their latest project Cash. Keeping in mind the theme of the film – that of an International diamond heist – the duo has stringed together a host of item-numbers that fuse different musical styles.

Sunidhi Chouhan, often called Bollywood's item number queen, is the undisputed star of this album as she renders the foot-tapping songs Mind Blowing Mahia, Cash, Na Poochho and Rehem Kare. Her explosive vocals are perfect for these songs.

Anushka Manchanda renders two folksy item numbers: Naughty Naughty and Zara Bachke Ji (with Vishal and Shekhar). In short, the songs and music of Cash taps the current musical trend, but like most songs of today they are fast and fun, but is forgettable in the long run.

This album compiles bhangra-pop numbers that have been featured in recent films and music albums. Sadly, the potpouri fails to impress due to its erratic song selection. The good ones include Luk Tunu Tun, Mahi Ve, Akh Lad Gayi, Assi Teri Gal Karni, Gallan, and Tuteya Ve. Buy it if you happen to be an ardent bhangra fan.

Bheed Mein Tanhai Mein

This album features a range of mellow and sentimental numbers from various Bollywood films. Aawarapan Banjarapan (from the film Jism), Mera Yaar Mila De (from the film Saathiya) and Maine Dil Se Kaha (from the film Rog) are the songs that stand out from the lot. This album is a pleasant change from the usual loud and fast numbers.

Remembering O.P. Nayyar
Love Duets
This compilation handpicks some of composer O.P Nayyar's best romantic duets. Mohammed Rafi remains the common factor in all these songs. In this wonderful album, Rafi teams up with Asha Bhosle (Deewana Hua Baadal), Geeta Dutt (in Aankhon Hi Aankhon Mein) and Shamshad Begum (Leke Pehla Pehla Pyar).
