Bikers in need of bicycle stands at metro stations

I see this site every day across from the Emirates Tower Station beside a hotel in the area. Bicycles are chained to the traffic sign in front of the road. Clearly there is a need for some bicycle stands on this side of the station.

The picture says it all. My opinion is that all Metro stations should install bicycle stands so that people can start using them and riding their bikes. I wish that the Roads and Transport Authority would do what it can to help these people have their bicycles chained to a proper bicycle stand.
