I wish to raise a serious hazard. The unprotected 1.8 metre opening seen in the photograph could injure or be fatal to people and even cause major property damage if someone fell or drove into it.

The safety hazard is located near the corner of 21 and 30 street in Khalifa A, Abu Dhabi and is located less than 100 metres from a kindergarten school. I have lived in the area for a month and the hazard remains as is, without any action from anyone. Yet, dozens of families and people walk past this opening on a daily basis at the risk of falling.

I request the responsible authorities to fix this hazard and take action for the protection of all those who live in the area.
