I have worked for my employer for the past seven months but I have resigned and have decided to go back to my home country. Do I need to pay the visa expenses that the company provided due to not completing one year of service?
I would like to clarify to the questioner that the expenses incurred by the employer for the visa shall not be borne by the worker even if the worker has not completed one year with the employer, as in accordance with the Labour Law all these expenses shall be borne by the employer only.
