Roberto's, the Italian fine-dining restaurant, is now open at The Gate Village, the social and cultural hub of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The first outlet in the UAE, Roberto's is a high-end restaurant offers intimate dining in a chic ambience, al fresco on the Puerto Cervo style terrace, and a bar. Partner and executive chef Andrea Mugavero has concocted a menu that includes classic and modern Italian cuisine, and signature dishes such as home-made Il Mare Nero, slow-braised Ossobuco and Granchio Reale apart from the Mediterranean seafood bar the I Crudi. Amador's Adventure package

Eat at three Michelin-starred chef Juan Amador's Amador Restaurant and Cellar at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi and stay the night at the hotel.
