How to prepare an angus beef fillet with a lip-smacking twist
200g Angus beef
2g sesame seeds
45ml Spicy beef sauce
1 bamboo leaf
1 bamboo mat
Spicy beef sauce:
2000g Bull dog sauce
40g Thai chili
120g Red chili
65g Toasted sesame seeds
200g Ginger
95g Garlic
160g Tamari sauce
540g Mirin
360g oyster sauce
100g sugar
40ml sesame oil
Blend garlic, chili, sugar and ginger to a smooth paste.
Combine all remaining ingredients.
Plating
Grill beef to cooking of choice while slowly basting with sauce.
Slice and serve on bamboo mat, bamboo leaf a sauce on the side.
Garnish with sesame seeds on top.
