Russian rock band Leningrad perform in Dubai

Rock band Leningrad, often referred to as the ‘most shocking Russian band’, will perform in Dubai on November 3 at the Meydan Hotel rooftop.

Led by showman, composer and singer Sergey Shnurov, the band, formed in the ’90s, first split in 2008 and and then reunited two years later with sold-out concerts in Moscow.

“Our songs are just about the good sides of life,” Shnurov was once quoted as saying, responding to criticism of the band’s often controversial lyrics.

The Dubai concert also includes the after-party with DJ Miller.
