Haddaway returns to Dubai for one night only

The only man who knows the answer (we think) to that eternal question — what is love? — is coming back to Dubai. Haddaway, whose debut single in 1992 turned him into a global phenomenon, will perform at the Billionaire Mansion in Dubai on March 3.
