Artie’s Trio bring classical music to Dubai

French musicians Emmanuel Christien (piano), Gauthier Herrmann (cello) and Oliver Patey (clarinet) will bring their group Artie’s Trio — Le Trio des Arts, for a concert in Dubai on March 22.

The friends, who met at renowned music school Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris, have been performing together since 2008. They are a combination of different personalities who will give western classical music a fresh and energetic spin, say organisers the Dubai Concert Committee.

The concert will be held at the Royal Ballroom of the One and Only Royal Mirage. Doors open 7pm. Show starts 8pm. Tickets, starting at Dh210, are available online.
