As businesses across the UAE adapt to new regulations and tax reforms, one name has continued to offer clarity since 2015: FAME Advisory DMCC, a boutique advisory firm, founded with the vision to simplify tax advisory through bespoke, end-to-end solutions.

It now holds expertise in tax advisory, corporate structuring, VAT consulting, taxation compliance, implementation support, training (formally), and accounting solutions. With headquarters in Dubai, FAME has built a reputation as the most trusted firm across the UAE and beyond.

What sets FAME apart is the ability to simplify complex regulatory challenges and deliver result-driven strategies with a team of professionals holding practical insights and technical expertise, which offers clarity in the constantly evolving regulatory environment.

At the core of FAME’s approach is a sharp focus on education-led empowerment. “We believe that well-informed clients are better decision-makers,” says Nirav Shah, Founder and Director, FAME Advisory.

Our role goes beyond providing advice. We aim to guide, educate, and enable businesses to achieve strategic clarity in a changing tax environment.

The introduction of the UAE corporate tax, along with enhanced ESR and AML regulations, has significantly shifted the compliance framework for business across sectors.

FAME has responded proactively to this shift by offering structured guidance, detailed impact analysis, and tailored compliance frameworks that align with both local regulations and international standards.

The FAME group is led by Shah, a qualified Chartered Accountant from Gujarat, India, who brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. Shah has excellent grasp of corporate structures, governance, and family asset-holding structures for a diverse portfolio of clients. His understanding of both local and international tax landscapes makes him a trusted name among business leaders, CEOs, and legal experts.

Shah’s work extends beyond consultancy. Over the years, he has conducted in-depth training programmes for more than 1,600 professionals in over 550 companies in the UAE.

These sessions include practical knowledge on VAT, tax implications, and regulatory readiness. Shah also holds leadership roles in influential organisations such as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Taxation Society.

Shah serves on the managing committee of the JITO Dubai Chapter, reflecting FAME’s broader commitment to ethical leadership, professional development, and community engagement.

Adding to his credentials, Shah is also an author. His book, Law and Practice Relating to UAE Corporate Tax, published by Taxmann, is the only publication on the subject to receive official approval from the UAE Media Regulatory Office. It is a comprehensive guide which offers explanations of the UAE corporate tax law, making it easier with explanatory graphics, case studies, and relatable examples.

As the regulatory environment in the UAE becomes more structured and aligned with global standards, the need for clear, actionable advice has grown. FAME Advisory remains committed to helping clients adapt at the right pace with strategies that make sense, and support that doesn’t stop.
