That’s where Oliver and Luna come in - the first pets at Knotch, and possibly the first in Dubai to unofficially advise on pet-friendly living.

Oliver, a true English gentleman raised in Moldova, made his way to Dubai a few years ago. Calm, observant, and slightly particular, he quickly earned a reputation as the best grass tester and apartment corner critic. If there’s a quiet patch of shade or the softest rug in a home, Oliver will find it - and nap on it.

Luna, on the other paw, is all spirit and smarts. Raised in Dubai with a Spanish heart, she’s the explorer of the two - curious, quick, and armed with an expert sniffer. From detecting the best morning walking trails to choosing buildings with the breeziest balconies, Luna knows what makes a space feel like home for pets (and their humans).

They’ve walked through parks, sniffed out balconies, and judged many living room rug. And while they may not speak, their instincts speak loud enough: comfort, peace, and places where pets are welcome.

At the end of the day, Oliver and Luna remind us that real estate isn’t only about location or price.
