1. Boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to instructions on packet. It should retain some elasticity, al dente.

2. Rinse off pasta with cold water and allow to drain. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar together. Beat pouring in oil in a thin stream to a thick sauce.

3. Adjust flavour with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and mix.

4. Divide and seed the pepper and cut into small dice. Shred celery sticks and chop onion and dill. Slice olives. Mix vegetables into pasta. Allow salad to stand for a little before serving.
