Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

On a pre-heated grill, over medium heat, add chicken and cook for about 15 minutes. Drizzle some olive oil. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.

In a saucepan add oil and butter over a medium flame. Once the butter melts add garlic and saute until it turns golden brow. Then add onion and mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes together.

Add mixed capsicum, mushroom. Mix it all together and cook for 1 minute.

Add the grilled chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Now add black pepper, salt and oregano powder and flour.  Then add milk, fresh cream and mix it all together. Bring it to a boil and let it cook for a further 10 minutes. Until the chicken is done.

Empty the contents into a plate/bowl and add the cheddar and mozarella cheese on top. Place it in an oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts

Garnish with oregano or fresh herbs
