1. Combine butter, sugar then add eggs one by one. Fold together flour, ginger powder and baking soda.

2. Allow the dough to rest in a chiller for around 10 to 12 hours.

3. Once chilled, take it out and cut into desired shapes. Bake them at 180C for around 15 to 18 minutes.

4. For decorating the cookies, combine icing sugar, lemon juice and egg white in a mixing machine, add the colour gradually.

5. Dip each cookie in the icing sugar mix. Serve and enjoy!
