Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan accused of assault by former manager

Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan has been accused of physically and verbally assaulting his former manager, Vipin Kumar, according to a report by Mathrubhumi.

The alleged incident was reported to the Info Park Police Station in Kochi after Kumar sought medical treatment for injuries.

Vipin Kumar claims that the actor attacked him and hurled abusive language during a confrontation. Sources cited in the report say Kumar was treated at a local hospital before filing the complaint.

Police have recorded a detailed statement from Kumar and confirmed that a complaint has been registered against Mukundan. However, no official case has been filed yet. Authorities noted that the actor and his former manager have had a strained relationship for some time.

As of now, Unni Mukundan has not responded publicly to the allegations. Police say further investigation is underway.
