John Prats staying put with network

Rumours were ripe for quite some time that John Prats was ready to move to GMA from ABS CBN.

But insiders from the actor’s camp denied Prats is jumping ship, and will remain a Kapamilya star.

Our Manila mole, however, said the actor really intended on moving to the Kapuso network but backed out after learning he will not be given a guaranteed contract, usually reserved for big stars who get paid even while not working on any projects. According to our spy, Prats was only offered a per project contract, which did not sit well with the actor.
