Can you dance?

Auditions for replacing the SexBomb Dancers are now on. Joey De Leon and Vic Sotto, hosts of the Eat Beluga show announced the start of the auditions recently. The SexBomb Dancers have not been seen on the noontime show for a while and there has been no explanation for their sudden disappearance from either the management of the show or the dancers. Since Leon coined the name, he says he holds the rights to renaming a new group with the same name.

Deserving

Sarah Geronimo received the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Award for Female Recording Star of the Year. The award was presented to her at the Box Office Entertainment Awards on March 19. Geronimo has just completed her concert tours of Taiwan and Zamboanga.

Sale for a cause

Ruffa Gutierrez's recently concluded fund raising event Celebrity Bazaar was a success. Sharon Cuneta, Gary Valenciano, Richard and Lucy Gomez's costumes were auctioned off with proceeds being donated to the the Leyte mudslide victims.

Together for life

Ogie Alcasid and Michelle Van Eimeren are still man and wife. Says the actor: "The truth is we're still together and it will remain so for the rest of our lives," says Alcasid who adds that he plans to join his wife (a former Miss Australia) in Australia during the Easter holidays. Alcasid was rumoured to be dating Regine after the two were seen together in a number of films.

She means business

Angeli Pangilinan Valenciano has given an ultimatum to journalists to stop writing negative reports about Heart Evangelista. Valenciano is Evangelista's new manager and called a meeting with reporters and stated in no uncertain terms she would be liable to take legal action against those who wrote against her client without confirming the facts with Evangelista or her first. Evangelista had earlier pleaded with reporters to present the facts as it were instead of fabricating stories.

Baby trouble

Nyoy Volante is rumoured to be a father out of wedlock. A lady, who refused to reveal her identity to the media says she is the mother of a month-old child and claims Volante is the father. The woman was angry that Volante was dating another woman (Nina, a budding singer) when he was aware that she was pregnant with his child. She claims Volante told her that he was dating Nina to promote her career.
