Katy Perry defends Orlando Bloom amid cheating rumours

Singer Katy Perry has defended her partner, Orlando Bloom, after photographs of him getting cosy with Selena Gomez in Las Vegas surfaced.

Perry, who has been dating Bloom for several months, took to Twitter. “Instead of giving energy and eyeballs to dumb conspiracy check out how cool this is,” Perry wrote alongside a link to a story about Orlando’s recent charitable work with UNICEF.

Hours after she posted her tweet, Gomez retweeted it.

In a string of images from their night out, the stars looked enamoured and sat apart from their friends.
