Indo-British model Deana Uppal, who rose to fame after participating in British reality show Big Brother in 2012, has lost the court battle against Conot McIntyre, who had allegedly dubbed her “a piece of [expletive]”.

Uppal’s stint in the show had sparked a bullying storm, with the former beauty queen calling her stay on the show “the worst days of my life”.

She had sought libel damages from housemate McIntyre, production company Endemol UK Ltd and Channel 5.

But High Court judge Justice Dingemans ruled that the taunts aimed at her were not defamatory, reports Birminghammail.co.uk

McIntyre had shouted expletives at Deana after she used an epilator on the kitchen table and left her leg’s hair there. Matters turned ugly thereafter.
