Motion poster of Akshay Kumar’s ‘The Shaukeens’ unveiled

The first motion poster of The Shaukeens starring Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor and Piyush Mishra, has been released.

The teaser has the tagline ‘a coming of age comedy’ and features the voices of three lecherous old men (played by Kher, Mishra and Kapoor) planning a trip to Bangkok for a fun holiday.

“The Shaukeens are coming on November 7! Here’s the motion poster. What do you guys think?” Kumar, who is also the producer of the movie, posted on Twitter along with the link of the poster.

The project is a remake of 1982 film Shaukeen directed by Basu Chatterjee, starring Ashok Kumar, Utpal Dutt, AK Hangal, Rati Agnihotri and Mithun Chakraborty.

The film directed by Tere Bin Laden fame director Abhishek Sharma, also stars Lisa Haydon.
