Bollywood actress says she is not bothered by what other people say, especially because she doesn’t know them

Actress Soha Ali Khan, who has been a victim of social media trolls, says it does not hurt her.
Khan was recently trolled by many who questioned her faith after she visited the Golden Temple, a Sikh holy place, and a Hindu Ganpati pandal to seek blessings ahead of the release of her film 31st October.
Asked if social media trolls affect her, Khan said: “No. Especially from someone I don’t know, what they say about me [does not matter]. So I don’t get hurt or upset. I wonder why people get so [riled] up and use such bad language and get so personal, because I don’t know you and you don’t know me.”
The 38-year-old actress, however, said people have a right to say what they want.
“I share my views on social media. Everyone has their right to share on social media. It’s a democracy, we all have freedom of speech,” she said.
31st October is based on the aftermath of the 1984 Sikh riots.
