Opera scores of Verdi on show

The Embassy of Italy to the UAE and the Dubai Community Theatre & Arts Centre (Ductac) are hosting an exhibition of the Opera Scores of Giuseppe Verdi, for the first time in the UAE, to celebrate the Bicentennial of the birth of Giuseppe Verdi.

The exhibition — on until December 10 at the Gallery of Light, a contemporary art gallery space in Ductac — is dedicated to the artists who have designed the most important covers of the original Opera Scores of Giuseppe Verdi’s operas, dated from 1848 to 1900.
