Dubai: Dubai announced appointments of new chief executives at Dubai Land Department (DLD), including Real Estate Registration Sector and the Real Estate Development Sector, marking a key leadership update in one of the emirate’s most critical sectors.

In his capacity as the Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, issued two Executive Council appointments.

Majid Saqr Abdullah Al Marri was named the CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the DLD and Majida Ali Rashid was named as the CEO of the Real Estate Development Sector at the Department.

The appointments are aimed at reinforcing leadership within Dubai's real estate ecosystem, which plays a pivotal role in supporting the emirate’s long-term economic growth and urban development goals.

These leadership moves come amid Dubai’s sustained focus on enhancing transparency, innovation, and investor confidence in its property sector—one of the city's key economic pillars.
