Rotana appoints new CEO

Dubai: Rotana announced the appointment of Omer Kaddouri as the company’s new president and CEO in a statement on Thursday.

Kaddouri was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Abu Dhabi-based hotel management company. His previous role has been taken over by Guy Hutchinson, who was vice-president of operations for India at Hilton.

The executive change is expected to pave the way for Rotana’s expansion plans to operate 100 hotels by 2020, according to the statement.
